|COUNSELLING

APPROACH My practice is person-centred. I consider the client the expert on their own life and see in them resources and competencies from which to start, even when they struggle to recognise them. Conflicts generally concern a partial or total loss of meaning, or a temporary state of restlessness | confusion | discomfort | emotional conflict.

FORMATTo respect and embrace the client's human time, with a sensitive presence attentive to the countless voices and parts of their inner world, being able to act as a mirror and gently reflect back what emerges from the encounter.

DESIREI hope to accompany the client in the act of inhabiting themselves, reclaiming their own space and time, where the different parts of the Self are welcomed and can communicate with one another harmoniously.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION A counselling process usually consists of ten sessions, held every two weeks, with the possibility of adjusting the frequency according to the situation.
The first meeting is generally focused on getting to know each other, both counsellor and client, in order to establish the suitability of the setting.
Once the counselling process has begun, payment for the first session will also be requested at the second appointment.

In-person and/or online sessions.
